This Mediterranean-inspired salmon dish is light, healthy, and bursting with fresh flavors. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion, it combines tender grilled salmon with a zesty herb marinade.

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp black pepper

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the fish, ensuring each fillet is coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
